Horizon dashboard

To create a new block storage volume from the OpenStack dashboard, navigate to the Compute -> Volumes tab.

From the Volumes tab - click the Create volume button - launching the Cinder volume creation wizard:

Enter the desired volume name, description and size of volume then click Create Volume.
